Cancellation
Cancellation can only be done until the order has not been shipped. After that, the request will be treated as a refund.

What can you return?
Products that are physically damaged, defective, have any missing parts, or are different from what you had ordered, are eligible for return. You may also return a product you do not wish to keep.

You may choose to return outright or exchange the returned product for another product. The return window will be available to you within 7 days of receipt, within which you may inform us if you want to return or exchange your product (which should be unused and in brand new condition).

Parts and accessories can only be returned if they have a manufacturing defect.

How can a return be done?
Once you have decided that a product needs to be returned, call Hawkins Customer Service at 022-2444 0807 (Monday — Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, or Saturday up to 1:30 pm) or write to us at [email protected], and we will have the product collected from your specified location.

In case return pick-up is not available for your location, you may self-ship the item to us using any courier of your choice that has package tracking capabilities. You will need to enclose a copy of the invoice highlighting the items being returned — you may email this to us as well.

How to prepare for a return?
Whether you avail return pick-up or self-ship, please keep the product properly packed in its original packaging. Return the user manual, guarantee, and all other parts, documents and accessories originally provided with the product.

If you have opened the product, please reseal it with transparent sticking tape after repacking all components.

Please DO NOT put the vent weight (whistle) or other objects inside the body of the pressure cooker or cookware, as they may move around and cause damage. Pack the vent weight in its original pack or a plastic envelope and staple it to the lid tray.

What if the return is delayed?
A return pick-up may fail due to reasons such as unavailability of the sender, incorrect item, or improper packaging. In such cases, please contact us and we will assist you.

What about your refund?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and credit back the amount paid by you (for return) or inform you of any difference amount required (for exchange) within 10 working days of receipt.

Exchange is subject to availability of the replacement item. If any parts are missing in the returned product, the corresponding cost will be recovered from the refund amount.

The return charges for the first exchange are borne by us. For any subsequent exchanges, return shipping costs will be recovered from the refund or exchange amount due.
