The rounded sides facilitate easier stirring, better visibility, and effortless removal of food. The inside-fitting lid ensures pressure-locking akin to a jetliner door. The improved pressure regulator enhances efficiency and also contributes to fuel savings. The safety valve, strategically placed under the lid handle bar, ensures that when activated, steam is safely deflected downwards. The design minimizes exposure of gasket to steam inside the cooker, preserving its longevity by reducing wear during regular use.
